Our Policy
Here at Cake Away we create excellent cakes that meet our customers requirements, should there be a problem with your order or you would like to change anything on your order sheet then you will need to contact us to change the order 7 days before the date of collection.
Just a reminder that all of our products are non refundable, and if there is an unfortunate error regarding the order on our behalf we will amend that for you, all orders are signed for by the customer to ensure that there is no issue with regards to the order.
If by an unfortunate chance that there is an error with your cake this should be mentioned on delivery or collection and if it is not then amendments will be void.
